Muse - Neutron Star Collision (Love Is Forever)
What's the consensus on this then?

Well, I hate Twilight. Have never seen it, nor would I want to.
I love Muse. And I really like this song. it's a bit gay for Muse, but it is Muse, so therefore I like it. It's not the same as old Muse, singing about how guitars are the best way to vent your anger, or about mad conspiracy theories or a post-apocalyptic world. It's lovey dovey "I've been dumped Muse". But it's still good though. |

It is quite catchy and definitely a grower. The piano outro is very nice and the mini solo is quite cool but the galloping drum thing doesnt really seem to belong. It is ultra cheesy, but I feel that can be forgiven going by what it means personally to Matt and the meaning behind it. I actually find it to be quite a sad song

![]() I think they were engaged, a fact my friend was devestated about, but whooped when she found out they had split, which I think was mean.

Bought it the other day and love it. A bit different to what they normally do but still very good.

Isn't it about Matt and Gaia splitting? It's sad, they were sweet together
I think they were engaged, a fact my friend was devestated about, but whooped when she found out they had split, which I think was mean. He said that when the Twilight soundtrack came along he thought he might as well bung it out there while its still relevant rather than put it on a later album when he would probably have moved on or something. Your friend is a meanie ![]() Anyway, enough of Matts private life ![]() The official video is out: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BLLvpSaSJ0k and I have to say that although the parts with the band are really good, the Twilight clips do spoil it. |

How can you not like those three?
I'll be perfectly happy with whatever they play in September, but I'm not gonna lie, I may wet myself with joy if they do New Born and Cave. My favourite tunes are New Born, Bliss, Space Dementia, all that kind of stuff as opposed to the 80's poodle perm, stadium rock type of stuff that they keep spewing out ![]() I will also wet myself if they play Cave, especially if it's Jazz Cave like they played at Teignmouth

I've seen muse 3 times live, I won't rest until I see them do hyper music/ hyper chondriac music back to back. That would be too awesome.
I've seen dead star and citizen erased live so I should be satisfied... but... imagine hyper (chondriac) music mashed... |

I don't like it
Maybe it's a grower? I actually think that lyrically, it's quite poor. But I do adore the piano outro.

Jazz Cave? Now that sounds interesting. I've never seen Muse live before, so I'm really looking forward to it. I've seen a load of live videos before and they have all been epic.
Jazz Cave ![]() They are just amazing live, I promise you that you'll be totally blown away

It sounds like Queen to me...and I'm pretty much as ambivalent towards Queen as I am towards Muse.

Awful. Cheesy. And not the direction muse should go in.
