What's your favourite catchphrase?

After writing on another thread the other day about how little Matt Smith was using the 'Geronimo' catchphrase which looked like a given in every episode by the way he said it at the conclusion of The End Of Time, I had a think back over the years to see what other catchphrases I could remember. Obviously being a Davison fan I loved the 'Brave Heart Tegan' but I also remember a cool one from Battlefield where Winifred Bambera used 'Shame' at quite regular intervals which made me chuckle! Plus Troughton's 'Run' and Pertwee's 'Good Grief!"

So what other catchphrases over the years have made you chuckle? Can be by absolutely anyone or anything!

(Cue Allonsy and Exterminate I bet! Lol!)

First Doctor: What's that my Boy?
Second Doctor: Oh my giddy aunt!
Third Doctor: I reversed the polarity of the neutron flow!
Fourth Doctor: Would you like a Jelly Baby?
Fifth Doctor: okay i can't think of a catchphrase....but i d love this line "An apple a day keeps the, ah, never mind!"
Sixth Doctor: again nothing pacific, excpet "Change, my dear. It would seem, not a moment too soon!"
Seventh Doctor: well I haven't got one...except that last beaytiful speech in survival...however...its not really even a phrase, let alone a ctachphrase
Eighth Doctor: well its got to be this surely "I love humans. Always seeing patterns in things that aren't there!"
Ninth Doctor: Fantastic
Tenth Doctor: Allons-y
Eleventh Doctor: Geronimo!!!!!

One I hate is the Cyebermens "execllent" and "delete"

For me it's the First Doctor's 'Hmmm'! So many ways of intoning it, just like Yoda.

Also the Tenth Doctor's 'We-e-e-elllllll...'

'I am The Master and you will obey me, you will obey me!

Chillingly delivered by Delgado, shame Ainley didn't use it more!

DT's "Hello, I'm the Doctor".

Particularly after I found how easy it is to mimic and amuse my niece who loved DT.

Not keen on CE's Doctor, but I did like 'I like Banana's. Banana's are good.'

And Ace's totally original catchphrase.....'Ace!'

If this counts as a catchphrase (it was for an episode so...) "Captain Jack Harkness and who are you?!" Always makes me laugh!

I'm torn between "Well" and "What" myself, you gotta love Ten's vocabulary!!

I also love, well, not exactly a catchphrase, but the way Second Doctor was talking to his companions, especially one: "Now Jamie!", "Not you Jamie!", "Wake up Jamie!", that sort of thing...

And if we're talking current Doctor... I quite like when he calls Amy "Pond", just "Pond".

It's not really a catch phase, but i must say I always found Ten's 'Stop it' remark to captain Jack very funny.

Also, Ten's, 'I'm the Doctor'. It almost seems that whenever that was said the scene would suddenly get calmer, like those three little words were able to simply take control.

No-one other than Mrs Chuff and I seem to have noticed the number of times the Third Doctor says "He's dead, poor chap" ...
