Weird icon?

Just today on my LG LW620 mobile there's an icon at the top left of my mobile which just won't go away and I'd like an explanation!

It's a sort of black square with a red phone handset on the bottom half, the upper half looks like a white arrow bouncing off it.

Anybody know what it might mean? It's worrying me cos the tiny manual that came with it does'nt mention it!

Help!
