I bought a HTC Desire from Dial-a-phone and was told my phone would arrive 4 days later, 17 days passed before I got my phone. After playing around with the device for a couple of days I noticed there was a problem with the screen and decided to return it, I sent my phone off on Tuesday and was told that my new phone is ready for dispatch and they are awaiting receipt of my old phone before sending my phone. They received my old phone yesterday by special delivery, I am now being told that the very earliest I will get my phone is Monday the 24th of May.I know it doesn't seem like that long but baring in mind I have already waited 17 days to get my first phone which was dodgy, I am now sick of waiting. The worst thing is they can't even be bothered to tell me why my phone is being delayed. I will surely never buy from them again whatever happens.
