Slingbox Solo to Pace Sky+

I have connected a Slingbox Solo to my Pace Sky + using the composite video/Scart lead. But I'm not seeing any picture in the little box in the Slingbox set-up assistant on my laptop. I have checked all the cables. Any ideas?

Two questions.

Have you connected the leads to the INPUT terminals on the Slingbox?
Is the SCART end wired as OUTPUT? Or if it is a switched plug have you set it to OUT?

Scart to phono leads are directional, best to use the type with an in/out switch on the scart plug end set to out.
Plug it in to the VCR scart socket on the Sky box.

Thank you. I am using the Scart/phono leads adapter that is supplied. There is no in/out switch on it. I have plugged into the Slingbox "in" and have tried both the TV out on the Sky Plus and the VCR out with no success. Have emailed Sling Media support so will see what they say.

I don't have a Solo but a Classic and a Pro, on those you have to select the input you wish to view. I see the Solo has composite, S-Video and component, are you selecting the correct input in 'Connect, video input'?
