Not nearly all, absolutely all pure gingers are toms. Females can have a bit of ginger, though.

Kittens are hard work, you have to find them good homes, if it all goes wrong (mostly it doesn't but sometimes it does) you can end up with a huge vets bill, lastly FeLV and FIV can be spread by feline sex.

I would never let any of my cats have anymore kittens. I will never let maisey go through it again. It was a real tramatic birth and i did think i would loose maisey as well. I am speying her when the kittens are weaned about 2 wks later i can have her done.

Not true, my mother had a ginger female cat, and two of my cats had ginger mothers - not a bit ginger, all ginger. Gingers are more likely to be male but there are a fair few ginger females.
