I think for the first one you have to send three months service providers invoices in with in so many days. If you get it slightly wrong then kiss your cash back good bye full stop. If you get the first one wrong then NO others will be paid . You cannot talk to the cash back department only send emails. The staff are rude and will not put you through.
No doubt others have had no problems but if you are going for a cash back deal watch out”
To be fair that's the same with any retailer - the only way cashback deals can work is if some people fail to claim. Obviously if it was so easy to claim that everyone did so the deals would be nowhere near as good.
Cashback deals offer great value for a savvy consumer - in effect he's taking advantage of other peoples lack of savvy. The problem isn't the retailer it's the wrong sort of people signing up for these deals then complaining when they can't follow simple instructions.
For a lot of people signing up to a good straight tariff with no cashback or a deal with a free gift would be a better option.
