I can't believe no one's commented on the impossibility of three faces being on a two-sided static head!
The first face is clearly static/fixed, as it's meant to be in porcelain - not easy to manipulate once it has set! Then the head rotates 180 degrees to present the second face. Then the head rotates another 180 degrees, in fact reversing the direction it had rotated in the first place, and lo and behold: a new face!
And nobody else has said anything about this, yet will postulate that an unplanned and not at all intentional crack in the road in Amy's Choice could be the eponymous crack - or that the fact that two often used primary colours (red and blue) in any given episode will give us clues to the final conflict!

Anyway, this had little to do with your OP, and for that I apologise. But just wanted to point something out!
