They quote extensively from these 'experts', I see.

It looks like a tall bloke in a mask.

I agree.

Maybe these experts were too stunned by what they saw to give a comment, after all it is clear that this story is true, it wouldn't be in a newspaper otherwise.

I think the reason why the experts are so STUNNED, stunned into silnce lets not forget, is because this discovery will have completely altered the very nature of archaeology, and our perception of reality, that these experts for all their years of hands on training in the field, constant study of history have been left STUNNED by this discovery and can only deduce, by using all their knowledge about the history of that area, that what they are seeing is in fact the Tardis from the fictional UK TV series Doctor Who. Oh wait..hang on..

Still at least an unnamed fan was able to comment..oh..wait....that would have been the writer of that piece and not an actual fan ' in the street.'

Actually I feel dirty, I clicked on a link to the sun newspaper website and fell for this cheap little story and the 5 advertisements by different companies on the page. Damn.

The Sun is a newspaper isnt it? I didn't click on a link to Viz magazine by mistake did I,

Looks more like one of the stone statues that the ancients used to worship to me.

Still, we have Jedis as a recognised religion, so maybe TARDIS could be next?

Maybe these are the same experts who said the world was going to be destroyed in 2012 by an artificial black hole created by Al-Qaeda but we were all going to die of swine flu before that anyway. Or something, I wasn't attending.
