ERIN VW - Erin makes wonderful lines, especially when she kicks, and was great when out of hold, but the minute she & Maks took up hold and danced basic Viennese steps, she became jumpy and jerky, not good at all. Pity Maks didn't spend a little more time with the basics.

NICOLE Well, there's only one word for it W-O-W!!! Possibly the best Argentine Tango on either dwts or scd ever.

CHAD - Waltz: his posture improved but still isn't great. And why didn't he listen to Cheryl when she told him to CLOSE his feet? His footwork was dreadful for a semi final.

EVAN Foxtrot (sort of!!??) A great dance, but would like to have seen some 'proper' foxtrot steps among all the jumping and skipping. Foxtrot is supposed to be elegant and sophisticated ......

LATIN

ERIN Paso doble: didn't do it for me at all; there were a couple of paso steps, otherwise nothing. However, that's not Erin's fault, and she danced well.

NICOLE: Hurrah - a "proper recognisable" dance at last. I know everyone keeps on about her being a trained dancer prior to the show, but she's not the only one - but she is the only one who has mastered the correct technique for ballroom and even more so, Latin.

CHAD A good effort at a samba. It really isn't any more difficult to learn a decent samba than it is any of the other dances, so wish the judges would stop putting that idea in the contestants heads.

EVAN Paso is 'the man's dance' and this certainly was Evan's, definitely his best. His body shaping was spot on.

Thank goodness for Utah University - I was beginning to think none of the universities could produced decent dance teams!

A great semi final.

Still cant warm to Nicole but think she is a fab dancer.......however their AT was good but not as good as Vincent and Rachel but then no-one coreographs an AT quite like Vincent but the best I have seen on DWTS

I didnt like Evan's Foxtrot he is too gangly to be a great ballroom dancer I think and his hands were terrible. Paso was very very good

Erin and Maks I agree didnt like the Paso much but liked their foxtrot

Chad was really out of his depth and it was right that he went.

Really dont mind who wins to be honest and at the moment I cant decide who will.

Evan's paso will go down as one of my all time favourite dances on the show, but I do wonder what's happened to the singers this year - they really murdered the song. I thought the foxtrot was fabulous, and I think if they had gone for a very traditional look that Evan would have come across as remote again, so Anna probably made a good call on that.

Nicole's AT was very good but it wasn't one I'd watch over and over. Didn't much like the cha-cha, it didn't really look like one to me.

I enjoyed Erin's VW but it wasn't amazing, and I was a bit disappointed in the paso, maybe because I expected a lot more.

Chad did a good job to improve as much as he did, but he was the right choice to go. The samba was one of the better ones for me.

The Utah dance team were amazing but it was a bit of an unfair draw, putting them with all that experience up against a brand new team.

OMG Evans Paso was fantastic, also thought Nicoles A.Tango was brilliant. Wow what a great final it's gonna be.
Don't think the girls will win.
