I liked reading that, she does seem like a nice girl. Bit worried about the Ecstacy comment though, we dont want any little monsters doing that stuff, it addles the brain.

To be fair I dont think people mind her too much really, but I do think they argue because her fans can be very OTT at times.

Hilarious interview, she comes across as very nice

Why has that journalist been sacked?!

Sad times

Best bit:

Would you play for the Pope, if he asked you?

“Yeah,” Gaga says. There’s a pause. Perhaps she considers her current stage show, and the section where her male dancers grab their gigantic, fake white penises, and bounce them off their palms to Boys Boys Boys.

“Well. I’d do an acoustic show for the Pope,” she amends.
And this:

As I start to arduously unzip, Gaga sits on the toilet with a cheerful, “I’m just going to pee through my fishnets!”, and offloads some of those whiskies.
Too funny

MDMA was mentioned, not Ecstasy exactly. It's much purer and much less harmful (not that Ecstasy is massively harmful in the first place)

EDIT: Great article, that journalist is one lucky woman.

GaGa's brilliant and Caitlin Moran did an excellent job here.

I know the difference between MDMA and Ecstacy, and as an undergraduate that studies Biopsychology I categorically know that both are extremely harmful. And kids are impressionable. Im surprised, or not, that the media havent made a big deal of this. They jump on other celebs that admit to or get caught using or advocating drug use.
And btw Im not coming from a high horse never done the stuff attitude, I have done, alas, a fair share of ecstacy and MDMA in my time.

Calm down, if she wants a bit of MDMA she can and shes honest. With her songs shows and outfits I dont think she is going after kids as fans ao she can say what she wants.

Let her liver her life, make the same choices we do good or bad.

And you know with your studies that there are far more harmful things you can take. IE Alcohol. Which radio show, tv programmes, famous person doesnt laugh about getting drunk? its much worse. Gaga isnt going to be on MDMA every night, she was just offering the truth.

Stating something as absolute fact without proof doesn't get you so far. A Biopsychology undergraduate from another geographic region may have a different learned opinion to you. In my opinion (I'm all for hearing yours, too), MDMA is only harmful if the user ingests too much water or overheats. The drug itself does not cause damage.

I've tried it and think it sucks.

EDIT: On second thoughts I've just remembered a textbook I read a few years back, does MDMA deplete levels of dopamine so much that the it cannot be produced in normal quantities in later life?
