At a time when so many so-called singing "stars" can do no more than mime on stage, how fantastic all the girls are - not only can they sing live but cope with choreography at the same time.

Even Sheila Hancock MIMES in Sister Act.... I heard her telling Aled Jones one morning when she was guesting on his Sunday radio programme! She said she isn't able to sing and move around at the same time in the finale so she mimes to the closing song!

Was she referring just to the finale? She is getting on a bit, so probably would find that a bit tough at her age

I'm just astounded by how many routines they were learning week in week out. And the standard was consistently high.

Good post OP. I agree with you - all the girls were just fantastic. As the standard was so high it was hard to pick a winner but I think the best three girls got to the final and the best one won. Wonderful stuff, I'm sure most of these girls will have great careers.
