Hi, hoping someone can help, tried to watch a programme today, but found that the sound was stuttering. OK for a few seconds then no sound, then sound comes back.

Tried a number of programmes and the same thing happened on all.

I get something similar if I have paused the show or am watching a recording when the show is not quite finished. IT happens for me when I catch up to the "Live" broadcast. Changing channels then changing back clears it for me.

Called BT this morning and they said the transmitter that sends my signal is being worked on. They told me if it wasn't any better in 7 days, to give them a call back !! Smashing, thanks for the help!!.

Like Steve above said, it happens when you catch up to a live recording.

When it happens, either change channel (like Steve suggests) or pause the action for a second or so. Yes you'll be two seconds behind the "live broadcast" but the stuttering stops immediately.
