Next stop on the travelling Unappreciation Thread

Yes. Some of these kids are doing things that we would never have dreamt of at their age. But then again, there are some that you would just deny being related to, aren't there?

And so, to christen the thread, I unappreciate the lack of Margaret.

I'm not watching it,purely becuase Margaret isn't in it.

I'd like to unappreciate Lordallun's facial hair-
Either grow a beard or don't.
Make your mind up!

I unappreciate the lack of Margaret too, but Karren is alright I suppose.

Karen is no Margaret, sadly. Lord Sugar - sounds weird.

As for the chillun..ho hum. Waiting for a spark - other than Zoe. It takes a lot of chutzpah to wear brick red lipstick as any girl will tell you - it gets everywhere. Very high maintenance red lippy. Girl's got confidence, but I'm sure they'll all come out in droves to beat her into shape eventually.

I unappreciate the fact they get to ride in AMS's limo at the end. To fit with the 'junior' theme, they should have to ride a bike home.

Nah, get a bus and a lolly to keep them occupied.

I unappreciate the fact that I keep falling asleep half way through, are they really this boring or am I just getting old (no need to answer that thanks).

Go Zoe, I like a woman/girl who speaks her mind and doesn't take any prisoners. The boys are all a bit wimpy, except for the facial hair factory, who looks and acts about thirty.

Missing Margaret.

I'd say he's wimpier than the rest. Check out how he dodged doing the pitch for his team. It's beginning to look like the only reason he got on the programme is because of his beard. Now he's shaved it off I expect him to be fired next week.

I agree that Tim has been a bit lazy on the show, but disagree that he shouldn't be there. He is a creative thinker and just needs a bit of a kick up the arse to get moving. If he does this, I think he could be very good.

I unappreciate the whole strong woman must be bitch thing -just finished (finally!) reading Jane Eyre where I spent many pages snarling at St John for wittering on about womanliness and all that todge - back to the current day, Zoe gets slated for being mouthy and Hannah for being decisive, whilst Emma gets out of being in the boardroom for a few toss toss es of the hair and some judicial whatever you say Adams - grrrr! Oh, and please don't bring an academic woman in - unnatural beast.
Last year thought Debra Barr was underestimated and over slagged whereas blonde Kate with the big eyelashes was overestimated all round.
Mr Cholmondley-warner is alive and well in a boardroom near us...

Jeez, Ranty McRant!

Was the well-regarded Kristina coasting on her sex appeal?

This is the Unappreciation thread pet, and who the hell is Kristina?

Firstly, lose the patronising terms-of-endearment.

Secondly, Kristina is that contestant from a few years ago who got to the final two. She lost to Simon. Ring any bells?

Negative posts find their way into Appreciation threads, this is the same thing.

Or you could argue the opposite and say that by refusing to be thrown in at the deep end with an obviously under prepared pitch he bamboozled Argan into doing the pitch - and therefore proving he wasn't a wimp. The other two really didn't seem to do much did they.

Wow, that was unnecessarily nasty - the non-app thread is for those of us who watch the show and want to have fun, without taking it too seriously. May I humbly suggest (with absolutely no patronising terms of endearment) that there are other threads, and hopefully you won't have chased everyone away from this one with your vitriol.

You could argue that, but I don't think it could be argued in a remotely convincing manner.

- I have to admit that I missed the part where he wimped out of the pitch, I fell asleep, couldn't be bothered to rewatch on Iplayer, so am waiting for Monkseal's recap. Where is he by the way, just because the sun's come out doesn't mean he gets to play.

It has to be some sort of record though - normally we make it off page 1 before it begins

It wasn't vitrolic. I thought the rant I initially responded to was ill-informed and that the poster conveniently forgot female candidates who didn't fit her theory.

So when sofakat responded, patronisingly, I of course am going to stick up for myself. Seriously, look back over my DS post history, I can hardly be classed as nasty.

- I actually read that, I am seriously losing the plot - another holiday is obviously called for, here's me thinking that it was episode three that had just been aired - keep taking the medication is all I can say.

I personally really unnappreciate the clown makeup. As for 'high maintenance', yes I suspect that sums up The Candidate That Bears A Striking Resemblance To Ronald McDonald to a tee...

Kristina Grimes, pet, who I fancied something rotten...

Gosh, touchy. Funnily enough I don't remember every single contestant from every single show going back several years, because it is TV after all and I do have a life. But then again, on DS you go get TV geeks who are really into the whole thing and set up fan clubs, etc.

Shame on me for not appreciated their staggering knowledge and elephantine knowledge. Gosh.

No, you just don't 'get' our Unappreciation threads and how we tend to view certain programmes. You're more used to the main forums I think so we'll just have to forgive your thundering around here being a bit shirty and loud, and ever so senstive.

Whatever.

Yes, we do. Have no idea why we seem to have attracted this kind of response. Our threads are usually so good humoured and we always respect each other.

What a shame
