Biggest regret of the series
Gemma (Stephanie's lovely little cousin) missing out.
A real and as yet undiscovered talent there.

She was a card. Put the two cousins together in a double act and I would pay to see them!

That it all had to end.
Don't we even get a behind the scenes documentary or something. You'd think they'd let the voting Public down gently, rather than Danielle is your Dorothy...good night, roll credits. Pretty poor I reckon.

Jessica not getting any further. From my point of view, she was the one contestant with true star quality.

* Stephanie going WAY too early - it really devalued the whole thing for me
* Phillipa not being as good as she looked/promised - but would still like to see her again * No more Steph - one of the nicest and most gracious people I've ever seen on these shows * Diet Barrowman - never previously heard of him and kind of wish I still hadn't |

My biggest regret is not picking up the phone to vote for Stephanie

To be fair to his pen, it usually offered much, much more than Diet Barrowman did.

Not seeing Jess and Jelly Babies on the same stage at the same time.
That one will probably live with me forever.

Danielle has talent, but she did have 'crowd pleasing' numbers which stole the show. In future years, the contestants should all sing songs of the same genre each week. OK, it might be less interesting to watch a show with all ballards (for example) but it would be fairer. |

Stephanie's ridiculously early exit. I would have loved for her to be in the final - she was definitely one of the strongest girls there.

Bronte going home so early. Without question. She stood out so much in last nights group numbers it wasnt even funny. I do think she was the right choice to go against Lauren, but otherwise she really was better than most of them.

Also Bronte's even more ridiculously early exit! I was out that night and so couldn't vote for her. But not surprised she went against Lauren.

Jenny being undervalued. I didn't particularly like So What, but she gave it so much energy. Songbird was amazing. After that, she was too much of a threat and was given crap time slots and songs.
They didn't let her or want her to to shine. I agree she was a bit nasally at times but apparently problems will disappear during the preperations for the show. Why not for Jenny? |

Bronte's early exit from me too - she was my second favourite after Danielle.

Stephanie's early exit, she should have been in the final. Lauren has a great voice and will find plenty of roles to suit but she was never going to be Dorothy.

Joining in with Bronte's early exit!
Sometimes I think the order is a bit dodgy in these shows, but not normally to the extent of someone I think is top 3 or 4 going second! |
