Guideplus+ problems, again!

Has anyone, using this antquated system, like myself noticed that BBC2 has disappeared from the lineup of stations? It is no longer in the Editor window and hence to record programmes on that station you have to manually enter them.
Whether this will ever be rectified remains to be seen. At least with my Pioneer DVD HDD recorder I have the option of using the alternative Electronic Programme Guide, selectable in the setup menu.

We're getting loads of complaints at work - GuidePlus is absolutely crap, it hardly ever seems to work.

But if you can get Freeview?, why would you be using the rubbish GuidePLus anyway?.

Don't quite follow your argument here. I have a Freeview Digital HDD DVD recorder that has the choice of using Guideplus or EPG and I happen to prefer the UI of the fomer and also, SWMBO can't get on with the EPG system although I think that I would now prefer it although AV forums did report a number of glitches with it before certain update - something to do with using Series Link.

You prefer an unreliable EPG that often loses channels?, I'd rather have one that works
