Sorry about my bad tempered response. See above. I was just trying to say that Wales is no less reasonable than Mexico. If you needed somewhere exotic, then I was just saying is 21 kilometers + underground is pretty exotic. 21km is a long way away from the surface. And you said something about not taking holidays in the UK - and I was just saying that the UK has some wonderful things to see. Some of them in Wales.

Yes - sorry. Davros moment.

Fair enough. Can't argue with your personal opinion on what constitutes panache! Don't really understand your reasons (eg bit difficult to introduce a homo reptilia without dressing someone up and saying Action. Not sure what Torchwood does differently. Don't they have people dressed up? And it wasn't a rubber suit - I thought it was pretty high quality make up. Maybe not.). But if it didn't come across for you, then it didn't.

Why not google Silurian? It isn't a sad Doctor Who fanboy thing. Ironically far from surrendering all contact with the real world you'd be finding out a little about the history of the real world. And why it is a bit of an in-joke that homo reptilia (nicknamed, albeit wrongly: Silurians) popped out of a hole in Wales.
