I'm sure it will. More patience needed on my part!

Then I think he should sue the council. They're quite clearly potholes of the universe & should have been filled before people started falling into them..........

The thing that makes me think that nothing will happen to Rory is because if it does it will be a repeat of what happend in Amy's Choice...will Amy want to happily stay with the Doctor? Also I don't feel he can go into the crack either because Amy still won't forget him like she didn't forget the angels....so again it will be the same situation as Amy's Choice....after what she decided there, could she really live a life knowing Rory is dead/non existant?

I may have a theory about the crack however I am going to put in Spoiler's tags just in case this actually turns out to be crazy and true

Spoiler
If the idea that Rory falls into the crack happens and he appears in the final two parter, what if the crack is actually in a gateway to the Pandorica which could lead into the mass of the Doctors enemies which if i were right reading was the Weeping Angels and Suliarians.

It's hinted at in the
Spoiler
Beehive City Preview.

I know I didn't need spoilers there but I've just worked out how to use them, so I'm putting them in
Spoiler
everything.

Whats even more exciting is what falls out of the crack at the very end of the episode!

As The Doctor said in Flesh and Stone, 'time can be rewritten'. This makes the potential death of Rory entirely feasible as his death can be unwritten in the finale. Alternatively, if he is stolen by the crack in the universe, it may in fact be a gateway to The Pandorica, rather than an immediate death sentence.

Yes, the plot (for the overarching storyline) clearly thickens ...
It almost seems TOO neatly fall into place now (TEH, FaS, AC, THE) ....

maybe that's why the explosion happenes then.... because rory get's taken/falls into a crack/dies and then he and amy can't marry..... the date for the explosion is their wedding date...maybe they have to marry...as the doctor hinted at the end of time of angels...maybe it's more about who their offspring will be???????

In the preview for next weeks episodes The Doctor says that this moment in time is not fixed so it can be changed so this may alter there future resulting them in not waving to themselves.

Darn!!! I read Muttley's spoiler darn darn darn!!!! I really wish I wasn't such spoiler mad!!!!!

Spoiler
Although that still makes me think about my earlier point of why Amy would carry on with the Doctor, surely after her reaction in Amy's Choice she wouldn't just walk away happily into the sunset to see Van Gogh would she??? Because she can't forget Rory....as she is a time traveller

Oh I guess one mystery still remains....

Spoiler
Maybe she doesn't walk away happily? Maybe she realises she has to stick with the doc to get him back... and then they get hijacked by Vin Gogh?! somehow... she did seem pretty undistraught in that Vin G. clip, but maybe that's just because as we all know from many threads she's a cold and callous character

The Van Gogh episode itself doesn't sound like a barrel of laughs; it's says in the new DWM they don't shy away from the mental illness aspects of it all.

yes exactly. Interesting since many people here were so dismissive of the Curtis episode, writing it off as light-weight fluff before they knew a thing about the story.

Whether or not the story works or not remains to be seen, of course, but it looks to being quite a dark story that will deal with a subject that is still to this day a bit of a taboo on TV.
