She's got a 5 album deal with Epic Records, worth around 3.5 million quid.
She's working on new tracks for her US release, so it's likely to be an edited version of Overcome. I'm guessing the following tracks will be removed:
Dumb
Gotta Go
You Broke My Heart
Hallelujah
They Don't Know
Bury Me
and replaced with more urban sounding tracks, likely with feature artists - similar to what Beyonce did with her debut.
