She is releasing Alejandro later next month which is miles away I think she is fading away already.

loads of people care about Lady Gaga, I personally have never seen the fascination she makes pretty safe, unchallenging, dull pop music but somehow people think she's the second coming of christ

I still like her, I'd like her to go away for a little while though. She's becoming really overexposed.

Overexposed, overhyped, vocally talented industry puppet/muppet.

I think you mean her people know exactly what theyre doing. Its handed to her on a plate.
she writes her songs, plays the instruments, decides on the fashion with her haus of gaga team and plans her shows herself nothing has been handed to her, she's had to work extremely hard and she has been justly rewarded |

The haus of gaga are made up of her friends
i'm not quite sure what you think she's done wrong, she now stands out of the crowd, not a 'boring brunette' as you put it. while you may not think her musical ability is of a high scale at least she does it herself and doesnt try to blag music credits. i can hardly see as well how you now she just 'name drops' the right people. i've read a lot of her interviews and she is very knowledgeable. |

Lol, the ol' Haus of Gaga chestnut. That is pretentious twaddle for her management team. I wont go into this yet again, however compare Gaga before she had a huge budget from her label and the Gaga we have now. She looked boring, made boring music and blended into the crowd of brunettes with their keyboards.

Now shes apparently some uber-cultured, ultra talented muse when in reality, shes done her research into what names to drop and when. Her piano playing is acceptable - hardly amazing. Her songwriting is far from anything to write home about and her shows are nothing Madonna hasnt done a hundred times before. Snooze.
Without the money of the record lables behind them to take them and polish their image, to pay for the top producers and writers and the marketing / PR etc none of them would be what we see today Do you think Beyonce, Xtina, Madonna etc etc just suddenly appeared as they are now overnight ???? No - they were highly talented people that needed a break were lucky enough to get it and went through the same process as GaGa. |

The same could be said for almost anything. Having more money to inject into projects usually means higher quality output. Before her record deal she didn't have the finances to be as extravogant as she is now.

I find it very annoying how people only associate 'proper' artists with niche, relatively unsuccessful artists
Just because Lady Gaga is successful doesn't mean she isn't an artist. And who cares if Madonna's done it before, everyone takes influences from past artists at some point in their career. Madonna isn't untouchable, she is an amazing performer but she's gone through the exact same 'process' as Gaga. |

I like a handful of her songs, but she's becoming far too over exposed for my liking.

I stopped caring about her two months ago when she cancelled UK dates a week before the actual date. There was no reason and no apologyfor us

Madonna made herself from day one. Remember when she was around, there was no downloads and no internet...the hype had the built manually and the work was 1000 times harder. The likes of Gaga simply have to upload a video to youtube and theres the hit. She is the reason why Gaga is able to do what she does.

I like Madonna too but I don't think Gaga should be blamed for the time she's in.
She's used the resources available to her to maker her name just like Madonna did. Anyway I think we're moving more and more off topic. I care about Gaga and millions of others do too.
