Firstly, stop reading this if you don't want a possible spoiler - I'm not sure yet how to cover up potential spoiler sentences, so apololgies!

does something happen to the Tardis in the James Corden episode The Lodger?
In DWM it seems the Doctor has to move in with Corden as if he's trapped on earth.  Given what we saw in this weeks episode and what could be part of the Tardis, should we expect some kind of incident towards the end of next weeks Van Gough?

It could have possibly exploded in an alternative time line in episode one of the series, making the crack in the first place

I think that the Doctor just has to pretend to be human in The Lodger so that he can get to the bottom of the mystery? I've probably missed some spoilers though.

The bit of TARDIS shell that the Doctor pulls out resembles the ign on the new look Matt Smith Tardis exterior and not the old Tennant one...I think

Also bbc blue peter competition winner has their TARDIS console design as a prop in a episode and we haven't seen that yet. i seem to remember it been said that it plays an important part of the main plot of the series
