Where has my service gone

10 days ago i lost my phone line and broadband. 24 hours later my landline was back on but have not had broadband since.
I called talktalk and to this day have made loads of calls with no headway. They seem to think i am no longer a customer and try to put through a new order and each time it gets rejected.
I am now told i have been slammed and when i dial 150 it goes through to Sky.
Talktalk say they are unable to do anything and Sky say i am not with them (i was until 3 months ago when i went to talktalk).
I am at my wits end and even after contacting Ofcom, i seem no nearer to resolving this.
I have my landline operating both in and out still though.
Can anyone advise please before i go mad?

If you have been slammed you may need to complain to Ofcom to get it resolved.

http://www.ofcom.org.uk/consumeradvi...vacy/slamming/

That page has a link to an online form you fill in to get the issue looked at. Good luck though Ofcom are not noted for their speed in sorting out problems!

It will probably be quicker for you to get a new line installed and to take Sky to the Small Claims Court to recover your costs (on the face of it, they are obliged to put you back into the position you were in before they slammed you).

However, it's not unheard of for Talk Talk to make mistakes - so your problem may well be as a result of their error(s)!
