Why am I concerned that Episode 12 will be badass (it was raved about by cast and crew before episode 1 had been broadcast!) and then the finale will be Moffat's version of Journey's end

Matt Smith has proved incredibly popular in the role, especially considering he had quite a hard act to follow. It's hard to imagine Paterson Joseph being a bigger hit than Matt has been. I got a bit carried away supporting his casting based on neverwhere, but he was pretty cr*p in survivor at the end of the day.

Journey's End and The Stolen Earth are the two episodes to get the highest AI's in the shows history. If it is on a par with those that'll be a great result. However, SM has said it is a more intimate finale this year.
