'Pull Through' Earrings - how do they work?
I am looking for some earrings for my leavers ball, and found some lovely ones in Argos described as 'pull through' how exactly do they work, and are they suitable for all?
I thought if I asked here it would be better than just going and buying them, then finding they're not suitable; as compared to earrings from New Look etc, Argos can be pretty pricey

They are as they say really, like they have a post that you put through your ear, but they join onto a very fine chain at the end and you literally pull it through your ear, so you can decide how much or little dangle there is.
I have some really long ones, when I was at uni, I used to *thread* them through multiple holes I have in my lobes, like a long stocking stitch! They are incredibly comfy too, there's no back to dig in, and they are more secure than shepherds hook dangle earrings |
