You may not like her music, but the fact is that she is one of the best pop vocalists of all time. You may think she's a karaoke singer and "soulless", but you can't deny that she's an incredible vocalist.

i dunno, it depends upon what you call 'an incredible vocalist', she does absolutely nothing for me, so imho she isnt.
look guys, some of you like her, some of us hate her... lets just leave it at that, neither side are gonna change our opinion of her.

I'm not a big Celine fan, but she is still an incredible vocalist. Connecting to someone as a singer and recognising someone as a good vocalist are two very different things.
I never likes her during the height of her popularity, my mother and cousins were huuuuggge fans so I was a bit overloaded.
However I went to her show with my cousin a few years ago and it was fantastic.
I don't know how anyone can say she is souless but each to their own.

yeah, but its like ive already said, it depends upon what you call an 'incredible vocalist', to me she wails, i prefer dusty springfield who was an artiste who did sing with soul (as recognised by her peers, including elvis), whos voice i found pleasant to hear and whos material i liked.

Her songs are written for her.
Celine Dion is a singer, not songwriter.... what's the big deal with that. Not every singer has to write their own songs to be a credible artist.
