How many chances is this lazy guy going to get?

Can't see it its between Zoe and Emma I think

Final chance I think. You're right, he is very lazy.

I think it was the funniest moment in the series when he told the artist, "Your painting's going to be hanging up there next to David Hurst and Anthony Hopkins", he deserves to win for that!

I don't think he's lazy, just human, and more human than some of the others.. at least he has natural charm and that can be a huge bonus in the business world as it makes people trust you. However he's been criticised loads by Siralan, unless he makes a massive visible improvement pronto he doesn't have any chance of winning. Siralan has an easy excuse to fire him now really.

Not if Nick has anything to do with it - he clearly dislikes Tim and favours Zoe.

I like him so I'm happy he's still there.
Mainly because his mature look makes Arjun and Kirsty look like munchkins.

third task ....ok he didn't do much in the kitchen but Rhys was just all over the place
this task --- he was a very good project manager... I think he was better than emma personally...

I wonder if the casting was deliberate in that you had small kids who looked about 12 Rhys, Arjun.. Kirst etc.

Big tall kids who look about 25 Tim, Hannah, Emma, Zoe etc

Yet amazingly they are all the same age I keep forgetting

Im guessing Hannah must be in the region of 5ft 11" a Zsa Zsa of Eastenders type height

Therefor Kirsty couldn't be any more than about 4ft 10" I wonder if she has some kind of growth deficiency

Hurray! Hello again! We do really seem to agree on this one, let's hope the next isn't a singing or dancing task..!

Tim's fantastic and so personable, and watchable. I think he's actually probably something of a genius. If he's so lazy you have to wonder how he got where he is in the first place, as it was a very rigorous selection process.

It's like at uni - some people work really really hard and make a big deal of it but get average results, whereas some people do no work at all, sail through taking in bits of info here and there and get the same result. The latter are IMO the geniuses....

I mean I have missed out the subset who work hard and do excellently (ie Arjun )

What Tim has is a spark, and ideas. But they can only get you so far without a great deal of drive, and I predict an average result for Tim in this series unless he is really seen to shape up his act!

I loved his socks! And I love the show for focussing on them!

Don't think Tim will win - Lordalan is being too hard on him, and Nick has it in for him, which is really annoying me. I don't mind Nick when he picks on people like Debrabarr or Noorul, but Tim is one of the most competent there, if a little lazy.

Agreed, Tim is very personable, and is a good leader - ie, one who his team like and want to work for. He's good at the BS without coming across as arrogant, has good ideas, and doesn't backstab the others (which leads them to trust him more).

Zoe, on the other hand, is just a massive oversized ego with legs and a dash of red liptick. She doesn't actually have any ideas or business skills, just an inflated opinion of her own worth. You just know she's a spoilt, over-indulged brat who's incapable of working as part of a team.

I'd like to see any one of Tim, Arjun or Emma for the final - but not Zoe, God forbid!

I'm not going to say scottish diet. :However she doesn't look like she hasn't reached puberty, I wonder if she wears sensible shoes, not heels, that could make a diffference of a couple of inches.

I think you may need to check out her, ahem, frontage
I find Kirsty quite a disturbing mix of pre-pubescent child and full grown woman - quite apart from her height her face is still very child-like. Perhaps a dose of Zoe's warpaint might even her up a bit?

Oh I am touched! you are most welcome. Though in hindsight the Trombone-Traffic wardens might've been more fitting but hey (please don't hurt me, I'll set grandma munch on you..)

Zoe's about the only one there with enough ability to win . Tim has good ideas every now and then but evades - almost everything. Kirsty is workman like and has brains but can't interact as winners have to. Emma is like a public shool had girl - bright but constantly shocked by anyone actually doing anything thats not neat or impolite. Arjun is rather like Brains on International Rescue - bright for the backroom detail but you wouldn't want him to turn up to rescue you or run the organisation.

Zoe got the artist choice right, she smoozed them enough to get who she wanted and she got them enough sales to win without Arjun's. She got the pricing issue right again this week wheras Emma's repeated Alexa's mistake last week. She even sorted out the pictures hung upside down because no one else had the wit to enquire.. She did step in and treat the other 2 like idiots but she knew what she was talking about and they didn't and Emma clearly doesn't know when she doesn't know what she's talking about. Impolite but probably necessary.

Zoe's the one getting the training course if you look at whose good decisions and errors he's laying out. If she doesn't get anything badly wrong, if I was his Lordship, I would give her something that tests whether she 's taken on board the education he very noticeably has been giving her and let her win if she's learnt what he's told her. If she can get issues like negotiating prices from suppiers right, makes it a bit less obvious what she thinks about the others and picks up what she missed about differential pricing, she should pass the course.

Personally I think its Arjun's to lose. Has he been on a losing team yet? If he PM's a task and does remotely ok he has it in the bag imho.
