Zoe, on the other hand, is just a massive oversized ego with legs and a dash of red liptick. She doesn't actually have any ideas or business skills, just an inflated opinion of her own worth. You just know she's a spoilt, over-indulged brat who's incapable of working as part of a team.
I'd like to see any one of Tim, Arjun or Emma for the final - but not Zoe, God forbid!”
Zoe's about the only one there with enough ability to win . Tim has good ideas every now and then but evades - almost everything. Kirsty is workman like and has brains but can't interact as winners have to. Emma is like a public shool had girl - bright but constantly shocked by anyone actually doing anything thats not neat or impolite. Arjun is rather like Brains on International Rescue - bright for the backroom detail but you wouldn't want him to turn up to rescue you or run the organisation.
Zoe got the artist choice right, she smoozed them enough to get who she wanted and she got them enough sales to win without Arjun's. She got the pricing issue right again this week wheras Emma's repeated Alexa's mistake last week. She even sorted out the pictures hung upside down because no one else had the wit to enquire.. She did step in and treat the other 2 like idiots but she knew what she was talking about and they didn't and Emma clearly doesn't know when she doesn't know what she's talking about. Impolite but probably necessary.
Zoe's the one getting the training course if you look at whose good decisions and errors he's laying out. If she doesn't get anything badly wrong, if I was his Lordship, I would give her something that tests whether she 's taken on board the education he very noticeably has been giving her and let her win if she's learnt what he's told her. If she can get issues like negotiating prices from suppiers right, makes it a bit less obvious what she thinks about the others and picks up what she missed about differential pricing, she should pass the course.
