Hi,

I was only half-listening to it, and reading the Metro at the same time lol, but someone else was blaring it out. It's by a female singer, sort of a 'mellow' (if you like), post-break up, slow song, i'd say RnB genre, maybe pop?

Anyway, it was a while ago now, and all I can remember of it was part the chorus, it ends something like..

I guess what they say is true, maybe i, maybe i started to miss you...
OR

maybe i, baby i started to miss you,

or something along those lines!
It was a solo female singer i think, not a group, and I know that one line is a long shot, as it's quite a "common" line in a song, but hey, it's worth a shot!
I've Googled that line, and came up with a few different song titles, but no luck so far.

It was a great song though, and I really want to know what it is, so any help would be very appreciated, and stop me going mad, hehe!

Any suggestions? x

Is it not 'Never Be Your Woman' by Wiley and Emelie Sanders or something?

No, it's not, but thanks for the suggestion anyway,

It's not that kind of music, it's more like PCD, stuff, sorry I can't seem to think of any other band, or female signers lol, mind's gone blank since I've come off a long shift and can barely think,
but yeah... it's not Wiley and not any of that kinda music, it's more a smooth, break up song,

not a great explanation, sorry !

Also, the "you" at the end of thst sentence is quite longed out, and it trails off at the end, if that helps,

Did you hear it on a radio station and if so which one? Some of them can be fairly repetitive.

Did it sound quite new-ish or old?
You describe it like something I should know/like lol!

No, it wasn't on the radio, she was playing it on her phone,

and also it does sound new-ish but not entirely sure, as I don't know who it's by yet or recognise the vocals.

It's not the Chipmunk one listed, thanks for the suggestion though.

It's all female singing, most likely a solo singer i think, or a group with a main singer,

Any help ? x
