I am so glad there is more out there like me!

I was so bored of Kierans perfomance after about 30 seconds, it was dull and boring!

And the constent pimping of him by Simon and the judges is just nauseating......like talk about bias!

I would have liked to have seen A3, Mystical or the Brazillian Dance Troupe ahead of him, at least they were interesting to watch!

I liked the tilting platform but I don't get what's meant to be so special. Especially considering the backing track had percussion.

Good drumming but agree as an act didnt really work.just got boring...obviously the judges heard something we did cause a standing obvation and all seemed a bit much

And me

Especially A3 who were such a likable trio, but perhaps it would have been asking too much of them to put together something for tomorrow night especially with one of the lads seemingly injured.

Re: 'drummer boy' I think the gushing from the judges put me off the act even more.

I really didn't have a clue what he was playing and what he wasn't.

He's too cocky.

I don't like him at all.

Drumming isn't really a talent. Anybody can learn to drum.

He is an average at best drummer. Drumming on its own is not exciting and he certainly should not have gone through to the final. Dull act getting through by having the prime slot.

Totally agree Sid, on all points, just for a change

I agree about him being really cocky, plus he was coming out with all the 'journey' cliched, bilge

However, to say drumming isn't really a talent?!! Sorry but that's just silly

................................................................................................

He's obviously very good for his age, but as an act on his own it's just quite boring. I was at least expecting some astonishing solo break in the middle of it, but it ended up being just being a 'music minus one' act (showing my age here!) (and it wasn't even the music minus one where you're left on your own - it was the baby one that already had your bit in it to join in with!!!! )

Great drummer for his age. Maybe should have done a few different songs throughout?

agree with the majority. drumming alone does not an act make. maybe if he was playing harmonica with his mouth with kazoos taped to his armpits and a whistle up his nose, but a chubby 10 yr old just banging drums? no.

I couldn't believe he got a standing ovation, then on more talent the judges were practically saying he was the one to beat.

Don't get me wrong hes talented but its just a boring act in my opinion. I fear he may win aswell if hes on near the end tomorrow.

I'm impressed with him Having had a go at the drums on my sister in law's Wii Rock Band game, I can appreciate it's a lot harder than it looks. People are saying it isn't much of an 'act' and, if he was going to play solo for an hour long show, I would agree but a 2 minute drum solo is quite entertaining. Other people are posting you tube video clips of allegedly better drummers - they may or may not be, but they didn't enter. I would rather have Kieran than some of the other drivel we have been subjected to

I appreciate the skill involved, but I found the act repetitive and it didn't hold my attention unfortunately.

His audition (this year and last) was amazing. But I think tonight didn't work; backing track was too loud and the drumming wasn't very technical.

I think he should drum to the track he did last year, or do a drum solo with little or no backing track. That would prove to be more entertaining. Because I do think he has talent, and I love watching him drum.

The only thing that remotely held my interest was his abysmal haircut Sid

I don't claim expertise in many things but I know a decent drummer from a journeyman and there are countless percussionists in the UK who could do something more entertaining than that load of cliched dross.

Sorry but even in a very poor final he's the weakest act by a mile.

And I'm 'cool'

*tries to keep straight face*

N X M - Sezzie will be pleased to know you are alive and well!

Who are you backing to win? We are voting Paul Burling in our household!

Sadly Paul Burling has less material than Jodie Marsh on a night out

In the N X M household we're backing Spellbound or the dog (that's Chandi not Janey )

Blimey I've just looked up the page and seen that you and Sezzie have obviously met (in a DS sense)!! My two favourite posters together You two are so alike...

I'm going to have to drop Sez a PM haven't seen her on here for ages...

All she did is climb up a pole and slide down??

If you could give this a go then I think your talents are wasted in an office job.

On topic, I have no idea whether the lad was a technically good drummer or not, but I did much prefer him on his own in the audition. He was drowned out by the backing track tonight. Perhaps it sounded better in the studio, as they went nuts for him in there...

Same place you left them, tucked under your copy of People's Friend

Nah I didn't think much of it either. Dean Gaffney is cooler.
