I'm looking for people who have purchased any Virgin mobile this year.

All I want to know did anyone get a leaflet about one year FREE insurance, and if you sent the enclosed card.

Thanks JS

I bought one at the end of last year, but didn't get a free insuance leaflet. Did you buy it from their website, where you should get a years free insyrance or from a shop where you shouldn't.

Hi Alex

To cut a long story short:::::::::::::::::::::

My son bought a 3310 from virgin in march and in the box was a form to claim one year free insurance which I sent off because because my son is under age, well it got broke (the 3310, that is), I contacted virgin and they ALMOST called me a liar, and won't repair it.

I was hoping that other people had found the same form, but as you see not having much luck.

But thank for the reply::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::

So if anyone knows were my son can get a new 3310 at a good price ie. CHEAP I would be greatfull

JS.............

Just out of intrest, did they give a reason why they won't repair it, because even the basic insurance policy (http://www.virginmobile.com/mobile/x...html#insurance) includes cover for accidental damage, so unless they are saying that you broke it deliberately (why anyone would do that, i don't know), then i can't see why they wouldn't pay out
