Because he is demonstrably the type of bloke she goes for. Just have a look at her previous serious boyfriends - he could be a close relative as far as looks are concerned. But he's much sexier and has a far nicer personality, whilst still being really flirty and loads of fun.

And she is the sort of fiesty, dominant girl that he seems to find sexy - Scarey Spice is an example but there are other previous girlfriends that are clearly similar in personality to Kate.

Now that you have raised Hell's Kitchen though, I must say that I thoroughly disagree with you too about Jordan's performance. I watch the show on ITV2, more than I watch the one on ITV, because Jordan is so good on it. She's fascinating to watch, funny and entertaining. Pity she hasn't got a better co-host than MDS - although, even with him, the show is entertaining. Much better overall than BB this year IMO. :sleep:

I suppose it could be a genuine romance in a long holiday romance kind of way. In my opinion however, eventually he will go the same way as all her other boyfriends he could be a close relative of.

They may well break up, but that's true of many romances surely.

It isn't easy to live with another person - and especially so for celebs, who are generally pretty spoilt.

In their favour, is the fact that they both seem surprisingly down to earth and unspoilt by their fame.

They've got a fair chance of making it work I'd say.

Yes, of course, but because of his new single and her book, if they break up in the near future it will always be seen as a relationship of opportunity and as such making fools of the public.

I've bought both, and I won't see it that way.

The only people who will see it that way, in my opinion, are those whose only interest from the outset has been to diss the relationship and them.

As they're both media products there's no reason why their lives shouldn't be open to speculation and gossip, that's the only way he will be kept in the public eye, as Jordan's Boyfriend.

That isnt the only reason he will stay in the public eye... he has many fans in his own right that were there before he even went in the jungle.
He will stay on the public eye because of his own successes - the same as she will with her work.
Together they are a 'good product' but then so were david and victoria beckham - you didnt see her having success just because she was mrs beckham - that doesnt happen - they have to be successful in their own rights too - not just as a partner to someone else.

i know the argument moved on from this but personally i think jordans great on hell's kitchen! to be honest when i heard she was co presenting i wasn't sure what she'd be like but when i watched i was impressed, i think that the indigestion and the best dress thing are the best part of the show!
