It's not just Madonna that Lady Gaga has ripped off. Cyndi Lauper has been the most copied. Infact I'd go as far as saying Gaga shadowed Cyndi's last album Bring Ya to the Brink to a T with The Fame. Gaga is very much a big fraud. She uses ideas from others and tries to pass them off as her own. But she will soon burn out. She has had so many different image changes in just 14 months. Soon she will have no where else to go. That is when everyone will see her for what she is. Plus getting to the top so fast means you have nothing left to achieve. The only way is down once you reach the level of fame she is now at. Its all happened too quick.

I actually cannot see anyway that Gaga has copied Lauper. Literally I cant find anything that shows copying and there is far more that Gaga can do, so much more! Besides, Lauper loves Gaga and has worked with her for Mac Aids campaign, she has admitted to loving her and knowing Lauper, if she felt she was being copied, she would say so as she has before!

lol you don't think gaga copied lauper! just do google images!!

gaga is lucky cyndi is so nice about EVERYONE. otherwise she would have been on the receiving end but cyndi is too much of a lovely person to bad mouth anyway. unlike gaga who gets perez to be her voice so she can remain innocent..

WOW, so now anything Perez says is actually Gaga?

She copied Cyndi Laupers album, the one released just a couple of months before Gaga's. In that time she managed to listen to it, write similar songs, and then release the album? Never mind some of the tracks were leaked and available before Cyndi's album was available. Actually lets accuse her of having a time machine and she went in the future then stole everyone in the futures ideas as well.

There seems to be this idea of the haters that Gaga's fans are unaware of any other artist. That we think she invents all this amazing music and ideas completely originally and we bow to her for it.

It's more of a case of her being inspired by those around her, mixing their ideas with her own and coming out with something better than before, thats why I love what she does.

No artist is truly original, everyone is inspired by others. One of the things Michael Jackson is most known for is the Moonwalk, but he didn't invent it yet it doesn't take away from the fact he owned that move and did it better than anyone else by improving on it in his own way.

Again, I dont need to have seen it. Are you seriously telling me that I can only judge something if ive seen it in person myself? Thats a ridiculous theory.
Its not a huge show implies you have seen it, stating something you haven't seen as a fact is ridiculous.

It's really Rather tame, again passing off opinion of something you haven't actually seen as fact, again ridiculous.

You can have an opinion on something you haven't seen, but you can't try to pass off your opinion as a fact about something you've never seen.

The video is a load of pretentious nonsense. I'm sorry, but Gaga has no passion at all. Just a cheap carbon copy of others with her disposable pop.

What exactly is her own ideas then? because from where I'm sitting she used a bit of Madonna, a bit of Cyndi, a bit of Christina - yes that's right Christina had this going on before Gaga, some Grace Jones and ALOT of Roisin Murphy. Then mixed them all together to create what she is now. Nothing about Gaga is her own work. She is a full commercial product. A passing fad. She has too much success in one go and over used too many images in one go. Soon everything there will have been to do she will have done. Then she will have no where left to go other than to start repeating her eariler images again. Most stars change their style with every album. Not every new single. She is just a clearly placed product who has several record distributers who in turn all have dozens of advisers telling her what to do. They created her to make big money but they know its not going to last which is why she is doing everything in quick succession.. If you think its Lady Gaga and solely Lady Gaga behind her success and ''ideas'' then that it pretty naïve IHMO. Her nickname in the industry is Lady con con.

Your logic makes absolutely no sense. The show is hardly Las Vegas style theatrics. It relies on a conveyor belt of outfits, cheap Madonna rip offs and 'huge screens'. Seen it all before, matey!

People keep saying 'oh but Madonna and Cyndi love Lady Gaga' they might but she is disliked by a huge amount of people within the industry. MSN listed 60 odd stars who have slagged her off for being fake. That's a hell of a lot in one go and in such a short space of time.

Im not passing it off as fact, however whats the point in having an opinion if you dont believe that its right? Your theory isnt too watertight. Its nothing Madonna hasnt done before.

It has 4 full set changes. Not different screens, set changes. Massive constructions are put in place for a full song and taken down and replaced. Constructions which would usually be there for a full show.

Whether you have seen it all before is irrelevant really, it is still clearly more costly to put on 4 stages the size of the majority of artists single stage isn't it? Therefore it IS a more costly production than most tours.

And costly = good? I dont think so. Clearly you enjoy the show and thats great, however when you are a rich popstar with the backing of a giant record label you shouldnt force the fans to pay more because the show has changed and yes, I know, they arnt forced to pay blah blah. She hasnt been around for long enough to charge extra so soon.

I never said costly=good, my point was that if she was really just a record company puppet they would never have allowed her to build the show so big it was running at a loss. You claimed it wasn't a big show, despite not actually knowing anything about it, it seems. She clearly has been around long enough to charge extra so soon, she's just sold out another date on her 3rd UK leg of the tour and had to add another so it's obviously not a problem.

Personally, I think because it's a full on show, storylined, 4 sets plus a finale mini-set and includes 99% of her songs, it's worth the money.

Its not a problem because the music buying public buy into these phenomenons but they always ditch them when they get bored of the novelty and lets face it, Gagas act is a novelty.

I know yeah! It's been days and it's still the same people arguing with her fans.

For people who claim they can't stand Gaga they spend an awful lot of time talking about her....

I think it's rather sad that some people can't accept she has fans and spend so much time trying to get other people to dislike her as much as they do. I can't stand Pixie Lott, but I don't invade every thread about her to argue with her fans...

Its not that at all, people are entitled to love her as much as they are entitled to hate her. Are you saying you wouldnt 'invade' a negative Gaga thread to argue for her?

Note : Gaga doesnt give a shit who loves or hates her...so all this is quite pointless

Did I see another Gaga has a penis joke there? She appears to be banging some male dancer who was wearing heels.

I honestly wouldn't (you can check my post history if you want, I have never tried to make "haters" like her) I just don't get why some people spend so much time arguing with her fans trying to turn them against her

And yes you're last point is probably true, there's no point arguing anyway because one "side" is never going to convince the other "side" they are right

The vid is quite good actually, but I'd say BR and Telephone's vids are better. This is my 2nd fave of her's songwise tho, behind BR

Exactly. Part of the fun of being a fan is defending your favourite artists. It'd be terribly boring otherwise.
