poll - the voice of the paying customer
Technically, I shouldn't take part in this poll because I don't pay a licence fee to the BBC but I decided to vote anyway.
Even though I'm disapointed about the dancers that are going, I'll wait until I see how the new ones fit in before I decide whether it's a good or bad move.

Overseas viewers of BBC1 will be indirectly paying BBC as their local broadcaster will pay BBC then recoup same from the viewer.
Not too fussed about losing Matthew Cutler or Brian (*runs and hides*) to be honest but Darren?, Lilia? and IAN! what are the BBC thinking. They had a perfectly good cast of professional dancers - what is the point of getting rid of them for a bunch of complete unknowns. Generally, for the last few series, apart from Natalie, the new pros haven't been anything on the old timers
So far 174 votes from customers, with 75% having decided:
12 to 1 against the BBC decision.
On Midsummer Day 24th June this poll will be closed and sent to 3 BBC top executives.
Even in late June not all Strictly arrangements will have set in stone -- speak now or forever......

maybe the poll should have been worded to read, "based on the very limited information available so far and without knowing the full changes to the show"
I don't think the opinions of 185 people can truly count as representative.

Well, no, but it's a free country, we're allowed to air opinions and take samples of opinion. No survey ever encompasses the whole country apart from the Census, so no survey is ever truly representative
