I cannot set any recordings, find or play any recorded programmes,or use time-shift on my TF5810PVRt. Suspect failed hard drive. Are these as easy to replace as PC HD's??

Yes perfectly easy to install a new drive, They use a PATA interface, so if you want to use one of the newer SATA drives you would need an interface of some kind.

for more information about replacing your hard drive. I found it relatively easy to replace the 250GB drive in my TF5800 with a 1TB drive.

Funnily enough I had this problem on Sunday on my TF5810.
I switched off at the mains for 20 mins then back on.

All seems OK so far <touches wood>
