I hate that to, Slow by kylie only sold just under 100,000 copies yet its probally seen as more successful than ellie goulding - starry eyed (which is probally on about 300,000) just because it got 3 places higher.

So i undrstand what you mean.

Bionic may be heading for #1, but I doubt it will even sell a quarter of what The Fame has sold worldwide. I predict around 2 million for Bionic.

Just something I have noticed on here. Why are Lady Gaga fans so worried about Christina to the extent that they have to slag her off all the time? Christina and Lady Gaga are two very different artists. Christina could release an album of the best ballads ever written and it would sell triple the amount any Gaga album has. The one thing you can say about Christina is that at least she has the balls to play it unsafe.

some not all of them are just very insecure about gaga never having a us number #1 album while christina has managed 2 could be on course for her 3rd and has managed to get a uk number #1 album with little/next to zero promo. its funny though. those all saying bionic wouldn't sell and was set to be a massive flop are now having to change their wording so are praying it doesn't sell much but it has already shifted more than stripped did in its first week and stripped had loads of promo. bionic hasn't. so watch the sales rush in even more once her real promo starts.

personally i think they both have the balls to play it unsafe, i myself don't understand why GaGa fans are so threatened of Christina (I'm a fan of both) , even if she did sell more it's not really gonna effect GaGa or her music in any way at all. Christina obvisouly has a better voice, but i don't think any album any time soon is gonna crack over the 10 million mark.

Well according to billboard, they predict 'Bionic' will sell nearly double what 'The Fame Monster' did in the US on its opening week.

But again. Why do Gaga fans have to bring Christina into every thread? its really shows them up.

Christina had already been brought up on the previous page, which I was replying to.

I am actually a Christina fan. I've bought Bionic and bought her greatest hits twice. But I do prefer Gaga, and it's annoying to constantly see Christina fans put her down. No one cares about chart positions anyway. And who cares if Bionic will sell more in its opening week than The Fame did? Bionic is the anticipated album from a superstar; when The Fame was released, no one knew who Gaga was.

But I'm probably wasting my time trying to be civil with some of you.
