From first impressions, I'd say he's my favourite so far. I do like an articulate housemate.

It's already happening. Us ex-Freddie fans are sensing we like Ben who is his closest equivalent this year.

Ben has a posher voice than Freddie but first reaction is I like him. I like the fact he is unsure of himself and socially awkward - not acting like an arrogant bighead like some of the loudmouths on there (ie Nathan). I think he will actually be a very nice person - but unfortunately the biased chav public have already made up their biased unfair minds.

I can see it's going to be a hopeless cause supporting him - still I'll give it a go.

I'm really liking him on the live feed. He seems very charming no matter who he's talking to and he's made me laugh a few times. He was flirting with Rachael a bit too. Seems cool.

Bloody hell! I stayed up till 3am, got the kids off to school and now I think I need to spend the rest of the day in bed but I've got so much housework to do. I HATE BB!! jk, but it does tend to take over

Anyway, was watching LF last night and Ben started complaining that he was tired, he said he felt like crying, he needs complete darkness to sleep. At first I thought nooooo don't start moaning on the first night but then I remember Freddie complained about something like that and I loved him, a bit annoying at times with his over dramatics but he was a good HM.

Go Ben!! I think he's going to be good, he's just going to have to relax a bit and go with the flow, bless him!

Me too. My top 3 so far in no particular order are Ben, Mario and Ife.

Looking forward to seeing more of how Ben behaves, he seems intriguing.

I'm liking Ben a lot, seems like a decent guy and I think he'll be an interesting housemate. Top 3 along with Mario and Rachel so far.

I really like him but i don't think he has much chance. Already everyone is prejudiced against him because of his voice and face - some bloke on BBLB today, reading the Channel 4 website it's full of people calling him stuck-up and posh - and how they can't stand him. He's the HM everyone trusts least on there. God knows why but there you go - people are unfairly prejudiced.

And worst of all - he is really struggling to sleep. He's asked to swap beds and hasn't had much luck. I just saw him on Live Feed and he looks knackered. It's a big shame as he could be a really interesting HM but I don't think he'll last much longer.

I do find it annoying when people make these unfair judgements about HMs but it just goes to show how shallow some people can be.
