Isn't it great the way we get to see Leah's family so regurlarly ?
There aren't many soaps that bother to do that.
What's more it's nice to see old Heartbreak High actors popping in every now and again, there's Leah and Alex of course but one of her other brothers was Con in HH and Leah's mother used to be her mum in HH too.
Plus Dani's tutor used to be one of Leah's brothers'(Con) brother in HH.
Are you still following ?

But what's really interesting is that Kane and the whole storyline involving him are more believable and gripping than anything EE can come up with !

Havent watched Home & Away since last Christmas.
It sounds like it's pretty good at the mo so I might have to start watching it again. I used to only watch on Saturdays but it's on too early now!

Yeah, Home & Away is awesome lately. Some of the stuff thats coming up in the next few months sounds really good too - can't keep myself away from the spoilers.

oh boy you don't now what you're missing.
Was Angie still there around Xmas ?
Coz this storyline is not totally finished even in Oz.
Another major improvement is that the youngsters have all grown up or left now (apart from max but he's great).

Angie the crooked teacher? Yeah she was there, her son Dillion was Rhys but turned out not to be or something like that. I heard she was dead now. Might set the video and watch Saturday.

Dylan killed her and yes he wasn't Rhys's son.
I think you wanna set the video for Saturday, there's lots of stuff happening and a character is about to leave.

LOL, I can't stand Max. It's not so much the character, more the actor that plays him. He can't act to save his life and is SO annoying. He's so intense over every single thing! He doesn't spoil a great show though. Home And Away is definitely one of the best soaps around at the moment.

Did you notice..............howhetalks, he cuts his lines into several bits, he starts off alright then there's a looooong pause or 2 and he finishes the sentence as fast as he can, it's pretty weird.
You're right he can't act to save his life but you can't not like the actor if you know what I mean. And he works great with Colleen.

I loved the end of today's episode when Kane had a go at Seb and Nick,
I only remembered it was a fiction when the end credits came on !

I also think it is good that thay continue to bring back old characters for special events e.g weddings, bay anniversary's etc but i do think bringing the actress back who played Angie as her identical cousin is taking it a little bit too far and especially straight after the Sutherland twin swap at birth.

LOL, he is exactly like that isn't he? It's the look of determination he gets in his eyes as he comes up with yet another over-the-top brainwave that annoys me

Also, have you noticed how Flynn, just like Karl Kennedy in Neighbours, is suddenly the only doctor in Summer Bay when somebody gets ill. What did they do when they got ill before? I like the way they've made him really tired because he has so much work to do. That new policewoman seems to be on call 24 hours a day too

I think I need to remember that it's not real life

they've got a thing for twins, the Sutherlands, Angie, the Hunters now in Oz apparently.
We've not seen Morag in a while, but Don was there for the wedding, and Sophie....

Flynn is their biggest mistake, I mean the way they've replaced the actor and I don't even like the new one, but it's not that he's the only doc he's just the one they call at short notice because they know him, at the end of the day it's only a few people the ones we get to see in the show who always call him and we don't know about the rest of town.
As for Pia, they did introduce her a few weeks before she started to appear regularly, i was even wondering if we'd ever see her again at one point

I heard that Angie appears in Tash's dreams... telling her to get revenge on the people that hurt her.... is that true? Poor Tash.. must suck to have her as a mother and even if she is dead

I love Home & Away and this is the onoly soap that I go out of my way to watch - Yes Five move the omnibus on sat to a slighly later time an 8am start on a sat morning is a bit early.

Anyway loving this show - but I have to mention the whole story of Tasha SUDDENLY being able to talk and understand English is a bit much

i love H&A so much! But I follow the storylines being viewed in Australia, so I already know exactly whats gonna happen in the UK. In fact I just got 4 clips sent to me by my friend in Oz of what happened last night!
To those of you who loved Angie, just wait to you see whats happening in Oz (and will be happening here in 8 months time!). Personally my favourite characters are Kane and kirsty (i know I'll get a load of backlash for saying this!) but I really love the storylines that Coral wrote for them. I also really like the character of Tasha and there are some great new arrivals as well as the return of some old faces to look forward to, plus quite a few characters are leaving.
Well thats my tuppence worth in.....

i loved the kane + Kirsty storyline before he left. and i wanted him to come back.. but now ive found him annoyin
but yes H&A is much more believable than UK Soaps

And i love how they get loads of old characters for guest stints etc.. Very much more believable

If im right Shelley and Duncan Are back in Oz am i right. Shelley back for a major storyline.. ill post it in a spoiler thingy next post.

And another thing H&A is a tv series now not a soap.. At least in oz anyways

I loved the music near the end of the episode when Hayley was talking with Irene.
It seems like every episode ends with Kane threatening Nick or/and Seb,
not that I'm complaining, it's great.

I think you're the only one. Define terrible.
Apart from Max, Seb is probably the worst of the bunch.

Home and away is getting better and better, they don't forget the old characters like in other soaps, only problem is the time of the omnibus on saturdays.

Actually it was good move :
it doesn't clash with Corrie
There's nothing else on in the morning
it's summer, and most people are out in the afternoon

I record the omnibus and watch it at my leisure. Must say though I'm dubious about the mixed up twin storyline.

But then, as with most Home and Away storylines, if they don't try it seriously, they deliberately make it surreal - just look at Alsa's ghost!
