I've just dug up my old New Order vinyls and have been playing them today and boy would I love to see them reform and give us one last big tour and maybe an album.

I know there all on their own projects but I would love to see them get back together. Even though they only split a few years ago.

I would also love to see The Jam, The Kinks and The Clash reform.

Although sadly The Clash won't happen for obvious reasons.

Excluding bands with deceased members for obvious reasons the band I would love to reform is Abba - ain't gonna happen tho'. I never did see them live much to my regret.

Also Genesis with Gabriel and Collins now that would be interesting. A lot of people credit Collins with making Genesis a more Pop orientated outfit. But Gabriel made some superb Pop songs as a solo artist in the 80's.

Good shout never liked Morrissey but I wouldn't hold that against the Smiths.

Ah see I'm a huge huge Morrissey fan, so that would be a dream to see them reform.

The Smiths...Im not too sure. I adore the band but Morrissey seems pretty set against reuniting, theres no way that Mike Joyce would be welcomed back after the court case (although Andy and Johnny are now reconciled) and Johnny is very happy with The Cribs at the moment. They all seem to have moved on from The Smiths and the band has such a glorious legacy that I cant help thinking some things are better left to the past.

I'd love to see Ride reunite. With Andy no longer tied to Oasis (although he is tied to Liam's new band) now seems as good a time as any to see this brilliant, underrated band reunite. I'd love to seem them live!

I wanted the Libertines to reunite for a while but now they have at the expense of Babyshambles (which as seen Pete throw two extremely loyal, decent bandmates under the bus in unpleasent circumstances) and they seem to have reunited solely for money rather than anything meaningful I cant help having an unpleasent taste in my mouth about the whole situation. I've lost a lot of repect for Pete for what he's done to Babyshambles, Carl for betraying everything he has said for the last 6 years and I dont get a lot of enjoyment out of the band at the moment. Guess you should be careful what you wish for!

The Faces are going out with Mick Hucknall on vocals - no Rod The Mod but I'll be getting a ticket, and they rest of teh guys have said teh slot is always there for Rod

Genesis with Gabriel are still throwing around teh idea of plying The Lamb Lies Down and I expect it will happen this year or early next year

Weller said a couple of years back he'd rather eat his own excrement than reform the Jam - but he has mended some rifts recently, Foxton even played on a couple of tracks on his last Album. as an aside I was lucky enough to see From The Jam which was Buckler / Foxton and a new vocalist who had Weller circa 1980 down pat. Sadly Buckler left in 2009 and was replaced by a guy from Big Country

The Kinks are rumoured to be reforming

Led Zep that will always be touted but I think the 2007 gig really was the end, having seeen a DVD of the show I so wished it wasn't the end

I saw teh Smiths on their final tour and they were awesome, a reunion is unlikely because Marr seems happy to always be moving forward. And really it could only disappoint

In teh current vogue of bands reforming to play their complete albums I'd love to see Marillion reunite with Fish for a few shows just to play Misplaced Childhood

I so wish I'd got tickets to see Yazoo

In a perfect world, ABBA would officially reform just for a one-off live performance of 'Just Like That', ahead of the first-ever official release of the completed version.

I'd kill to see Ride reform

Disagree about The Smiths, its a nice thought but I think Morrissey would ruin it and they can only disappoint...

Which just reminds me how sad it is that Mansun will never reform due to that thieving b*stard

I'll have grown a beard by the time old Ray & Co get back together (and I'm not even a bloke).

I don't think the Genesis thing will happen now. Gabriel might be up for it and Steve Hackett is, but Phil Collins has done his back in and says he can no longer play the drums. How true that is, I'm not sure...

I'd like to see Pink Floyd with Waters, Gilmour and Mason once again. Obviously we'd be missing the late Rick Wright.

Having said all that, I probably couldn't afford the tickets anyway..
