It's going to be very close tonight but I hope he stays. Not that I'm desperate for Ben to go - I think the four up for this week are the most entertaining housemates left, so it's going to be a rubbish result whatever happens, if we have to lose one I'd rather it be Ben than Dave

Showing support for Dave I am so pleased he stayed he totally deserved it. Anyone else love it when his wife came in? He was so sweet.

I like Dave too and I think people are deliberately misinterpreting him. I also think this is mainly because he is a professing Christian. I think everything he says behind Ben's back are things he has said to his face.

Aww he's so upset about his family. I hope he stays but I understand perfectly if he goes.

Hey everyone ever since Nathan (my original fave) was evicted I've been behind Dave 100% and if he goes this week I don't think I'd want to watch it anymore, he's the only likeable person left in the house in my eyes and he's a fellow Cardiff City supporter! I absolutely love him - he's hilarious, sweet and genuine.

I think the safest way to try and keep our Dave in this week is to evict JJ1, the tween's vote split between Dave and Rachel means the perfect way to get the irritating blonde bimbo out and kill the fauxmance. Dave FTW!

i think dave is GREAT...he is without dought-THE FUNNIEST HOUSEMATE EVER on bb history! he just cracks me up/makes me laugh like mad...but has also shown the serious side to him...what a great man...the very type of man you'd love to have as your friend,as you know he'd be ROCK-SOLID as a friend! he is definately-THEE BEST + MOST ENTERTAINING HOUSEMATE IN BB HISTORY,+ iv watched every single series since bb started....iv never seen ANY HOUSEMATE,PAST OR PRESENT,who are as entertaining + quality as dave! on his more serious side though-what a really good man + great family man too! i really hope dave wins the show-"HE DEFINATELY SHOULD"-no dought about that! WE LOVE YOU DAVE-YOUR GREAT.

He's Funny, he speaks his mind, he's entertaining, he's not afraid to show who he is and he is a very well meaning guy.

I love Dave personally, putting aside all the religious claptrap. He is very funny and a lot more entertaining than most.

I hope he goes all the way, even if he doesnt win. I want him, John James or Corin to win.

... am a huge JJJ fan, but am also loving Dave, so most definitely want him to be staying this week! ... without him the house would be a very boring place ... and I wouldn't have to fight for breath every 5 mins listening to his witicisms on the LF in the middle of the the night!

Where is the Dave love?! I thought there's be a massive thread, he's so funny! I'm another JJJer pledging my support to Dave this week! He's been wonderful lately, and I've picked up so many of his sayings! All in the glory!

I'm another JJJ fan and I absolutely love Dave! He has come out with some of the funniest quotes this series, he makes me howl with laughter and I love his banter with John James.

Hope he doesn't go this week, in the glory. I have so much fire in my belly for Dave. Keep Dave in!

So many people on DS hate Dave, so I thought I'd pop on here to see that I'm not alone in thinking he's great as a HM! I can't say I want him to win or that I like him as a person very much, but he always makes me laugh on BB, and while his 'hammered drunk' thing annoys a lot of people, I find it so funny... I think he looks great too now he's lost weight/got a tan/had his hair cut. I'd like him to stay in til the final!

Dave's a character and what I really like about him is that he is genuine, at least in that he believes every word he says. I also believe his heart if largely in the right place. Whatever else he is or isn't, he's a well-meaning, kind guy who would go out of his way to listen to or help anyone in trouble and who is worth trillions more than any of those who are being so beastly about him in the main forum.

I doubt he'll win, but I'm so glad he survived it through this far. It's yet another triumph for tolerance and decency, just like Rachel winning in 2008 was
