Isg-908 (Error pairing Sky+ card to HD box)
Okay getting the error code ISG-908 when I try to do self install in bedroom with 'old' HD box.
Basically, self installed new 1tb box in lounge and self paired the card via Sky Active...not a problem, HD channels on in less than a minute. Took Sky HD box to bedroom, unplugged old Pace v1 Sky+ box and set up SkyHD box. But when I try to pair the card via Sky Active I get a message saying there's a problem with the card and the above error. Also get the 'wrong card for set top box' message when trying to view subscription channels. FTA channels (includng BBC HD, Ch4 HD) are fine. Have checked that Sytem details show the card number from the card that's actually inserted. Have unplugged and left for a while then rebooted but all to no avail...anyone got any ideas before I do the unthinkable and actually phone sky? Fully expect them to try and extort another £10 for a second HD sub when I don't really need, or want, all the HD channels in the bedroom. Last edited by Pirate13 : 11-06-2010 at 00:39.
