That's their latest blog entry, posted 26th May.

“I know you're all waiting to hear what's going on with the new album, well I'm not gonna lie - we've had a few things go down that have been really frustrating and meant that things have taken longer than we'd like, but currently we're hunkered down in Cherry Lips working at the soul face and we've narrowed the list of songs down to 15 or 16 of which around 10 or 12 of those are almost finished and sounding REALLY GREAT!!!

So, hold tight, hopefully there won't too much longer to wait - all of us are gagging to get back out and do some shows hopefully you all feel the same way.”

Shouldn't be too long now.

Although their second album recieved poor reviews, Suburban Knights was my favourite song at the time. It sounded like Arctic Monkeys performing the best song imaginable for them!

Really like Hard-fi I had high hopes for the second album, especially after Stars Of CCTV which will go down as one of my favourite albums from the past decade!

Canny band but will never forgive the lead singer for murdering my favourite Jam song

The problem with Hard-Fi is they are possibly the worst live band in the history of music. Considering the fall off in album sales, they will never be viable for the record company again.
