This blog is supporting Corin: "She is so lovely, kind, funny and natural, and already I want her to win."

Well if the livefeed is anything to go by we won't even get to see her on the HLs cos everything is about Shabby....grrrrr

Think of it this way. If there are days of little/no Corin, then people are less likely to get bored of her. There's nothing worse than peaking too soon (ie. Freddie).

Exactly! Producers can usually work out quite quickly who are "long haul" and who are "short haul" housemates and the footage is constructed accordingly. Someone like Shabby is likely to 'burn out' or be evicted early on, so you might as well use them often while you have them, if only because it allows the quieter ones to become characters and gain a following over the longer term.

Corin has demonstrated enough in the last few days that few can doubt she is a "distance runner" who will be there a while, whereas people like Shabby are allowed to play themselves out "full of sound and fury [but] signifying nothing"

The quote from Macbeth is applicable to many BB contestants, and satisfyingly apt when applied to actors such as Shabby. A tale told by an idiot indeed

I think in some ways this is best for Corin, as she she may have become too overexposed, too early.. but now she's in the background for a few days will help her in the long run imo - as people won't grow sick off her now the HLs are centred around Shabby for the next few days. Yay!

I agree, she's a lovely person but not one who can be centre stage all the time (too normal!) and this way won't be overexposed.

Corin's one of my favorite HMs. I think she's hilarious and was so sweet when she was talking to Govan the other night.

I agree with that

corin remaining steady and funny - reminds me a bit of Lisa (bb9) she stayed almost to the end, and once mario had gone, her funny side was shown more.
I think its better to build up slowly, you cant bring everyone out in the first 2 weeks, and I am sure they have some storylines planned already for most of the housemates.

Corin did so well on the ToT task, she has a lot more to offer. She is also the only one not to have blabbed about the ToT I think?

God Bless Corin, she surely has to win. And will perhaps be the last proper BB UK 'star'.

Hi everybody! Couldn't make my mind up who to support this year but have finally decided on Corin. She is so nice and caring. Hope that doesn't work against her in this game!!

Noted the contrast on the H/L between Corin, all upbeat and positive after her cold shower, and JJ's whingeing ... also liked the way she shut Sunshine etc. up when they were discussing evictions "no-one knows, and it just makes people who are up feel like shit".

And she looked super cool in tonight's show!

I haven't been watching the life feed. Is she just as funny on there or is she just getting a good edit on the HL shows?

Definitely my favourite.
It'd disappoint me that there could be another winner like Sophie (as much as I loved Sophie.. I just like variation with the winners....) BUT Corin winning would be delightful anyway because she is 100% so lovely!

Just wanted to come in here because i'm FURIOUS!!! with the forum majority.

Saying that Coirin's acting up to the cameras and that her being nice is an act. Really annoys me.

I don't know what's happened to these lot in a week, last week she was loved, now everyone loves Ben and dislikes Coirin, i don't understand!

Everyone gets accused of being fake at some point.

And I've said it somewhere else: Ben is this year's Siavash/Jason. People are just jumping on the bandwagon to support him because he is a "victim". And because of that he won't win. He is still disliked by a lot of the public.

So I wouldn't really worry.

the main forum will always have threads like that. Best to ignore them. Everyone gets accused of being fake at some point too Its irrelevant really. No-ones opinions get changed by threads saying 'I h8te so and so, she is fake'. It really doesnt matter

BB are showing balanced highlights for Corin, and choosing to keep her for later storylines. There are other battles for casual viewers to care about anyway.

Corin has a key role in that house, and I dont think she will be nominated until she is seen as a threat.

Loving kind Corin she is so lovely and she and my other fav., get on so well and Corin last night said of Sunshine: "She has a heart of gold and she is so clever she has made me want to go home and read books." Bless her.

I like Corin so much that I started my first hm supporters club 'Corin's Crib' over on Live Cloud's GAGAJOYJOY forum. Shes had a bit of stick over there about being part of the 'crispgate' group but is still the most popular hm over there

I think that corin's popularity will only grow once she starts getting more camera time!

How funny was Corin and her puppet? Brilliant.

Corin is my favourite hm this year. She is lovely, caring and funny and i hope she wins it. She is a genuine lovely person and i don't believe she is acting up to the cameras one bit. I think people judge her too quickly on her looks but personally i have only seen one photo of her where she looks like Katie Price and her personality is completely different. I loved it when she was comforting Govan and from the clips i have seen she does the same for Shabby about the hat which shows her kind and caring nature. She is very bubbley and brings energy and something new to the house. I just hope that Big brother don't over expose her so people begin to dislike her.

She was in the background today, but consistently nice, pleasant and supportive to everyone, which is quite a feat, as well as funny.

Many people could learn a thing or two from her social skills.
