It broke my heart watching her cry at the end

She was my favourite for the longest time. She had a 'no-bullsh*t' attitude but wasn't full of herself.

Maybe she seemed a bit miserable as time went on but it must be hard to smile at people when you're cricking your neck up all the time just to look them in the eye.

I think she deserved her place in the final. In that I can't think of anyone who should have been there ahead of her. Maybe Emma, but while Emma gave off an air of competency, when I try to think of specific examples of her doing something impressive, I draw a blank.

However, the three outstanding candidates were Arjun, Tim and Zoe - and I don't think Kirsty was of their calibre. So she seemed a bit of an also ran in the final.

I also think Kirsty was lucky to be PM when she was. I'm not really sure PMing Tim counts as project managing as he's only one person and he's incredibly easy to manage. Compared to Adam having to manage Zoe, Hibah and Emma. Much more challenging.

I thought she deserved a place in the final above Emma and Zoe, but let's face it, they were appalling! I liked Kirsty, but thought she was the nicest of the last 3 crap females standing, and that was it in terms of having a deserving place.

As an aside, what's all this Cheryl Cole 'props to you' bollocks?! Wtf does that mean?? Props???? What are the props? A book? A prosthetic limb?? What?!! I never got what Biffa was on about during X Factor, and now it's leaked onto The Apprentice (well, the forum) (though somehow I can't ever imagine Sugar saying 'props to you' )

Kirsty was shown to be far more active in the earlier tasks. Later when Tim and Arjun grew in confidence to edit showed more of them to Kirsty's disadvantage. Yes she belonged in the final, she'd earn't it by doing rather than talking. She usually made better calls than others. I think it's fair to say that the others respected her.

As this it the official 'props' to Kirsty thread It's short (no pun) for proper respect or recognition. So as this is the respect and recognition of Kirsty thread then I'll post a link to the family restaurant. It's not quite the place you might imagine. She's exposed to some serious business in that family.

Oh and they may have a rare Picasso. A literal art background eh Zoe?

'Props' what does that mean?

Kirsty should not have been in the final. She has no customer skills, far too cold and abrupt. She was on the losing side 3 times and only escaped by keeping her head down and saying nothing in the board room.

Tim was also on the losing side 3 times. He was picked for the boardroom every time (ie he was blamed). He even lost as leader. Yet Tim was, for me, the best finalist. Kirsty's record was better: she was never picked for the boardroom if there was a choice, and she won as leader.

I agree she was poor at sales, but she seemed pretty good at everything else. Most of what she said seemed sensible; eg she talked against making the cupboard out of cardboard on the Camping task. She got the pricing right on the cake task; she more or less took over from Rhys on the first day of that.
