I kinda preferred the junior apprentice to the normal version.
The thing that annoys me is that the candidates, usually a bunch of regional sales people/managers, are at an age that they should be getting along on their own as business people if they are the business behemoths we are encouraged to believe they are.
But the juniors have far more credibility as future business people who genuinely can learn from their experience.
Maybe its just me?

The junior one was a LOT better than expected. Sugar wasn't posturing so much and was even likeable. It still avoided being patronising though. You also really got that the candidates were on a learning curve and it felt like they will benefit from greatly.
