HD content on BT Vision
My parents have been offered BT Vision as part of their talk/broadband services. Since they have a HDTV but no HD content, I was expecting them to get Freesat or Freeview HD (rolls out April 2011).
Anyway, what HD content is available via BT Vision? Is it solely films - pay as you watch - or do the BBC, ITV, Channel 4 provide a good range of HD programming in the catchup service? |

There is very little HD content to be honest, less than you would expect. What there is of it is mainly bbc nature programmes like blue planet. There is the odd blockbuster film in HD but it doesnt stay around for long so you have to be quick. There used to be more HD content but it seems to have diminished recently. I guess BT have storage issues, so can't keep HD stuff on their servers for long.

i doubt very much it'd be storage issues, a few gigs of data would be nothing for bts servers, the movies not staying on long would entirely be down to how long they've got the rights for |
