Nokia 5800 Wifi won't work.
I can't seem to get wifi to work on my Nokia 5800.
It won't fins any networks. It's stuck on searching for wlan network. Do I need to get wifi enabled by O2??? |

I doubt that it has anything to do with what O2 is able to influence.
Using a phone's WiFi capability is independent of the Mobile Phone network. |

You can send it to them for a quote, or there may be a local Nokia service centre. See the Nokia website.
You have checked there is actually a wi-fi network available and its not hidden? |

Has it worked previously? I sometimes find that it remembers the last network it was connected to and then won't search for a new one properly. Easily fixed by deleting the offending entry from the network destinations section of settings.
