Okay so I know this is a cartoon, but I'm sure I've heard this piece on more established "real life" shows too.

I had a listen, it just sounds like generic French-type music to me, but I'll bump the thread up for you in case someone else knows.

I thought the same thing. It's probably created for the show or from a royalty free CD.

A 'crazy comedy' royalty free CD I swear used to have that piece...I will try and fid it to identtify it bit better...

But you might all be right in what you're saying, cause it does seem to be a general "French" sounding tune, still there's a chance it could just be some kind famous piece that gets used a lot.
