Well after a good episode yesterday i think EE has gone back to recent form. 20 minutes in and I'm so bored i've come on here to make a post. Den creeping around, Pat getting a job in the car lot, dumb story with Gus & Juley, and excitment city - The Vic gets a pool table!!!

Whrere did Den get the money to pay for Vikki's party? 3 weeks ago he had no money, he couldnt even pay Chrissie back. Yet in the last 2 weeks he's kitted out a hairdressing salon, taken Vikki on an expensive shopping trip and now paid for this party. Business must be good at Angies Den!

Maybe the end will be good!

Exactly.

Not sure what the Ferreiras gave Vicky but considering they have no money right now they didnt seem short of nice clothes or money to buy drinks.

And when Dennis left the bar Zoe was still at the party.

And the stupid "never waste a moment" storyline is doing my head in. How many times has Sharon had this sudden realisation only to go back to square 1 the next day.

I thought it was still ok, not as good as yesterday.. but definitely not as bad as before. People were happy tonight, isn't that a recent change for the better? hate the Gus and Juley scenes though..

I found it very rubbish tonight in EE. Those t**ts Gus and Juley making a fool of themselves by doing silly bicycle jumps, then yet again how dumb are the others watching it in the street? I certainly wouldn't watch those two even if you offered me Mikey Green from Phixx.

This Den story seems to be dragging and dragging - can't they just admit that its a woman from MSN he is seeing and thats that, and as for Zoe and Dennis - well they are both the defintion of cheap lays and that storyline seems to be dragging on and on. One other thing - is West Ham the only subject Gary has knowldege about?

Overall a crappy episode and heads need to roll fast at the BBC. At least Corrie was entertaining especially the heart to heart Jason and Todd had.

Lol, you must be a little curious, after all the likely suspects have all been ruled out.. There could still be a shocking twist in there somewhere. (Unlikely, but here's hoping!)

Some things I liked but ... the GUS storyline... it was just about exactly the same as last night so now we are going to get Gus attempting to beat a world record every night...... pathetic!!

It always seems to happen like this around summer time...I think its cos they think they shouldnt bother with storylines because people are going to be out enjoying the weather.

Is the reason the webcams were closed because Gus is going to be doing an actual world record attempt and they didnt want us to see it? Sorry if this has been brought up before in another thread

He probably didn't kit out the hairsalon with legit gear, you know what Den's like, and a party's not too expensive considering they don't need to pay for a venue as they held it at the club, although he did buy her an exensive present, that's if he actually bought it.

This may be the worst thing that eastenders writers ever do keeping him alive and in the story...

The gear was bound to be didgy but he still had to pay for it. In my experience the venue is usually the cheapest part of a party, although they would get all food and drink at cost, being in the trade, it would still be expensive.

One other thing, Chrissie asked to borrow Den's credit card!! Would any bank or finance company give a man who faked his own death a credit card??? Surely he's a bad risk

Yes and how does he have a passport and driving licence or anything? Evan if he went back to the bank they would ask for these to open an account!

His credit history would be a little checkered I think. I suppose he would have his old UK drivers licence and guess as he actually wasnt dead he would have his passport, but Den's return hasnt been credible from day 1, so why would it start to be now!!

I still find it amazing Sharon hasn't told him she can't have kids. He's made remarks about grandkids before but oddly enough nothing has ever come of them. Do you think the matter will be addressed before Sharon leaves?

Hear hear.. Furthermore Pauline will be restored as the only orange faced, yellow haired resident on the square. Her long-time claim to fame is hers alone again!

She will be back in a few years when she has run out of money or at least that seems to be how it has went in the past.

I have stopped watching EE due to the bad storylines and acting.

But he must have done a runner straight after he 'fell' into the canal, so unless he went back to the Vic quick, he wouldnt have any proof of id except a death certificate!!

Which also begs the question, how did he get married???

Yeah, Letitia Dean is nearly always featured on "Soaps Stars Behaving Badly" type shows for her numerous traffic offences.
