manually updating facebook on desire
i have the desire and have a facebook widget running...what i want to know is can i force it to not update.
in syncs and accounts i have in there to never update but in the facebook widget settings i have no option ..the least freqent setting is once a day... do i need to get rid of the widget alltogether if i dont want it updating ? ? ? ? edit... i have that the wrong way around....in the facebook widget i have it set too never update.. but in accounts and sync the least i can say is once a day..but it still updates more frequent.. |

There are 2 separate things here.
1. The Facebook app which controls the widget. Open the app and press menu, then settings. Refresh interval is the top one. 2. In the phone settings in the time to refresh for social networks which controls the display of updates in the phonebook. You can turn that off too by pressing menu and settings in that menu. |
