I love the Young Rascals, they were a great American 60s band. Their follow up to 'Groovin'' was also a smallish hit here 'A Girl Like You'.
They had quite a few great tunes including 'Come On Up', 'I Ain't Gonna Eat Out My Heart Anymore', 'Love Is A Beautiful Thing', 'Good Lovin'', 'I've Been Lonely Too Long' etc. They recently played a one off benefit gig in NY at Robert De Niro's Tribeca Grill. The Rascals are Italian Americans and obviously not young anymore. |
