upgrade..... dont like the phone....
so i got a desire a week ago on upgrade and i dont paticulary like it... is there a way i can change the handset??

If you brought the phone via online or over the phone, you should be able to return it within 7/14 days. If you brought it instore then you wouldn't be able to return it.

Not always - even over the phone, some upgrades aren't returnable.
As with 99.99% of the requests on this forum, the only answer is to phone customer services and ask them... |

I know o2 offer a returns if you upgrade online or over the phone depends on where you got the phone from though as already suggested as customer services
